By accessing and using invoicemicro, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

invoicemicro provides an online invoice generation service that allows users to:

Create and manage professional invoices
Store client information
Generate and download PDF invoices
Track invoice status

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Free and Pro Plans

Free Plan: Limited to 5 invoices and 5 clients per day. Includes invoicemicro watermark on PDFs.

Pro Plan ($49/year): Unlimited invoices and clients. No watermark. Priority support.

5. Payments and Refunds

Pro subscriptions are billed annually. Payments are processed securely through Dodo Payments. Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase for unused subscriptions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Transmit malicious code or interfere with the service
Create fraudulent invoices

7. Intellectual Property

invoicemicro and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us. The invoices you create are your property.

8. Limitation of Liability

invoicemicro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
